Childcare Resources is taking the safety of our event guests very seriously. After careful consideration and based on guidelines issued by the State of Alabama alongside the Center for Disease Control, we have implemented the following measures to promote the health and wellbeing of event attendees and Childcare Resources staff.
Signage is placed throughout the Grand Bohemian Hotel, Mountain Brook to remind guests to maintain social distancing, follow occupancy limits, and observe seating capacities reductions in compliance with local and state mandates, with partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.
